Help moving usdc back to Coinbase

I moved some usdc from my Coinbase account to my Coinbase wallet, it moved there for a reasonable fee, but as soon as I tried to move it back, the gas fees were almost more than the amount of usdc. Is there anyway to move it back to Coinbase, or spend it directly from the wallet without paying through the nose for gas? Thanks
