Coding on ethereum

I saw the post where it was asked what’s the fastest way of going from 0 experience to coding on ethereum. Since then my interest awaked and I started learning coding. Now my question does anyone here earn money or work as an solidity coder? How hard is it to get to the point where you can work as one? Is it a reliable job for the future?
