Is POS Eth finality slower than that of POW Eth?

I'm trying to get to some reliable sources on when a transaction can be considered having reached finality.

For Eth as it currently is I've seen

For POS Eth (aka Beacon chain) I've seen 14 minutes: https://ethos.dev/beacon-chain/

Can someone that is better informed than me let me know whether the above is correct?
