When will fees go down?

I want to get back 65 dollars of SHIB from my cb wallet to my cb account, but the fee is like, 56 bucks. I dont wanna pay that much just to get it back into my coinbase account. Also, a 30 dollar nft from opensea has a 200 dollar fee. I just want to know why everything is so high, and when the fees will go down.
