Scam the Scammer ?

Hi, a Scammer send me his mnemonic phrase, when I import it I can see 2700$ of Minereum ERC20 but there is no ETH to allow any transaction in ERC20. It looks like there is a bot stealing any ETH sent to this address. So the 2700$ are unaccessible. I didnt get scammed but I wanted to know if anybody have a solution to take the tokens. Like broadcasting two transaction in the same time maybe ? Sending ETH and withdraw Minereum before the bot steals my ETH ? Thanks
