Main understanding of Ethers future

Hi Guys, what u think of what will reduce the gas fees? And what factors are also important?

Rollups? Sharding? Can someone help a newbie out for better understanding'?

Also how the way of price changes then if sharding, triple halving(ultrasound money) and bear market comes together what would be a fair price for one ETH? Or better in what phase will be Ethereum developments/conditions in 1 year from now on?
