Ethereum Desktop Wallet option?

I'm looking for a good desktop wallet for Ethereum. Anyone know a good one? I need it to do the following:

1. Allows to import Ethereum wallet from private key
2. Password protection
3. Won't ask me to import private key each time I want to use it
4. Visualize ERC-20 tokens
5. Desktop client
