Mining while gaming and browsing? Enable iGPU just for browsing?

Hey fellow ravens, sorry if this isn't suitable for the sub, anyway… currently I got a RTX 3060 Ti which I'm using it for casual gaming and mining Ravencoin. Its idle hashrate is 30 mh/s, while gaming it would drop to 25-26 mh/s, even more so using browser while gaming which it would drop to 22-23 mh/s.

Which got me thinking, I wonder if anyone here tweaked their browser to only use iGPU? Which would sustain higher and stable hashrate while mining and browsing, is this plausible?

Well I can't try this because… I'm using Intel i5-4460, which apparently the Intel graphic driver for it is discontinued for Windows 10, or at least based on what I've encounter so far.

I tried install the so called Intel graphic driver for windows 10 but it said "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software." Even though the official Intel website said it's compatible with Windows 10 and 4th gen Intel series, so idk, maybe I missed something.

If anyone here have similar build as mine or have other method to install the Intel graphic driver, please let me know.
