Question about ETH 2.0

I bought 1 whole Eth about 3-4 months ago and I see a lot of posts about the ETH 2.0, I have already staked 0.3 eth to Beth (Binance staking), my question is, should I stake the remaining 0.7 eth that I have as well or should I stop at 0.3, what will happen after eth 2.0 releases, will my eth increase in value or will It become obsolete because I didn't stake it, lot of noob questions, but I am very clueless about this and would appreciate your help.
