Ethereum mainnet keeps eating my fees but not making transactions

Hi!I've lost about 60$ due to failed transactions. Why the hell it eats up fees and not making transaction? I should get my fee money back then. This feels like a scam. I'm trying to send money from metamask to binance using evodefi. I've never had any issues when I used BSC or Polygon to send from metamask to Binance using evodefi. I also used sushiswap and quickswap – it even confirmed transaction, took my fees but I didn't recieve tokens.
