What happened to Etheroll, and what is DICE?

Way back when in 2019 I tried Etheroll for fun. From what I understand they seem to have launched some sort of token now (DICE)? Is this legit? What is going on with it, as betting seems to be off?

Do users from back then have any skin in the game, or is it purely supply/demand driven?
