Haven’t touched Ether in MEW wallet since 2019

Hi there, like title says I have my MEW wallet secured by trezor. I haven't touched them in a few years. I understand ethereum has had some updates lately and I'm wondering if there is anything I need to do before I send them somewhere else. Do I need to send to s different address? Split them? Anything? Or can I just send them like I did pre 2019 only this time with exorbitant fees? Thanks
