So let's say I'm trying to buy this nft on opensea but so is someone else at the exact same time. I set a max prio fee of 5 and they set a max prio of 4. I'm competing with them to be included within the next block right? Is there a possibility that we both get included into the block and if so is there a possibility that he gets confirmed and my transaction fails?
