Question about other bitcoins

In your guys opinion with ethereum and bitcoin be the only two valuable crypto currencies or will litecoin also be worth something. I am new to crypto and I have dog piss for cash so I'm trying to figure out if I have to buy ethereum to make money 💰 or if there is a cheaper one to buy
