Doing a trip to the UK using just Ethereum. Plane tickets already paid for so far so good.

I'm going on a trip to the UK, the tickets I paid for with crypto. I plan on using it for everything while I'm there as well using my Coinbase card. I'm hoping I can just use that card for everything, so far so good. Going to be there for almost 2 months I have quite a bit of crypto to use, just really hoping that it will be enough. Going to be using Ethereum to pay for things. But will be holding in others and just convert before purchases. Anyone know if this will be possible? Or do you guys think it won't work?
