Best L2s and ZK roll ups on the ethereum network?

What are the best L2s and ZK roll ups on the network currently? I have been invested in ETH for about a year and I am continuing to do my research and learn more about the technology. I would like to invest in some L2s and ZK roll ups because I know in a few years down the road there will be a lot more new people on the network using these.
