Possible Upgrade/Overclocking Questions

So im new to mining, im just wondering if the 5700xt series is worth overclocking and should have any setting tuned on my pc? Currently I only settings ive touched is the power to run at full max performance. im at around 23-25 MH and just trying to knock it up a knotch. Is using my cpu possible?
