Can someone please tell me what happened here…

I attempted to swap $SHIB for $DOE through Uniswap from the DOE website. Everything worked and Etherscan is saying Approved. But when looking at Token Approval, it is saying there is X amount of dollars at risk.. not only that, but none of my balances are reflecting this transaction and I can't for the life of me figure out what happened. I am a complete noob and barely have a clue what Im doing. thanks
