All ERC20 transactions failing

All my ERC20 token transactions are failing. I have enough eth to cover gas and I’ve tried sending to multiple wallets and exchanges. I’m just going by the recommended gas fee set by Trust Wallet.

I really can’t work out the issue. Tried sending CRO, HOT, UNI, etc. to multiple places. Any help appreciated.
