Beginner trying to transfer of exchange

I have ethereum on Binance.US. I have a ledger x. I would like to (cheaply) get the ethereum from Binance.US to my ledger. What step by step process should I follow for the lowest possible fees. I’m sorry if this is a redundant question. The good news is I never ask the same question twice.
