what is wrong with my 3090 only making 55mh

I thought I could make 60mh at least. Is a 3090 watercooled so temps are 50º/70º

Settings:

power 100

Core clock: +200

Memory clock: +600

I tried with higher Memory clock, it was performing worst, 53MH lol, +600 is so far the best number I got
