Syncing Extremely slow

Hi all. I'm very new to Ravencoin, but I'm trying to set up a wallet (possibly full node?) with Raven Core on Windows 10, but It's taking for ever to sync the headers. I'm talking 0.13% in one hour. If anyone has any advice on increasing this rate, it is much appreciated.
