App to chat with other ethereum wallets

I remember one influencer was talking about (an idea?) an app like maybe 6 months ago that would make you confirm your eth wallet and then chat with other eth wallets that use the app. Is this a real thing? An interesting idea imo but couldnt find anything like this with a fast google search
