“Stretching” Hynix Memory and High Power Usage

Okay, so my computer is running a 3060ti with Hynix modules and i’ve been able to gradually move my memory overclock from +825 MHz memory overclock to +1050 while keeping stable!

I also applied silver paste to card while keeping the thermal pads for some reason to help keep temperatures down and now the hotspot temperature stays at around 78*C while using 185w.

After hitting 80*C about, it will destabilize and crash.

Is this a thing with Hynix memory where it will become more over-clockable with time and does anyone have ant suggestions for lowering my power usage without decreasing my Hashrate?

I also keep a frikin’ floor fan aimed at my open case.
