Rx 580 8gb – only getting 7 hashrate

Completely new to mining so really hoping for some help. I have changed settings from graphics to compute. Tried a few of the different setups that are in that fantastic spreadsheet on here. But I'm not getting anything higher than 7.

Currently on flypools, using teamredminer. GPU clock 1150 mem clock 2050. Both 850 voltage. Not done any bios stuff as I am not confident enough.

Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏
