Which pool

So i just switched to hiveos from nicehash
I made a flightsheet with flypool as my pool but i recently saw that maximum block share is for 2miners pool
So is it ok to mine on flypool or should i switch to 2miners
btw i have 4x 3060ti's LHR
getting 111 MH/s
