Low hashrate report on flypool

Hi everyone!

So long storry short i startet mining rvn on flypool and the reportet mh/s is 4.9 even though Hive os reports 14.72 mh/s (I am running a rx 580 8gb) I waited about 20min and nothing changed.

So i wanted to ask you guys if this is just user error or if there is something wrong with flypool.
