Transfer eth and btc to other wallet

Hello guys. I want to transfer my cryptocurrencys from binance to bitpanda. I have ethereum and bitcoin. As the transaction fees are quite high, im searching for a cheaper alternative. I heard its cheaper to swap the eth and btc for ripple, as it has really low transaction costs. But whats the best/cheapest way to do that? Change eth and btc to ripple directly or change it to fiat first and the buy ripple to send it? Are there higher fees than 0,1% if i change eth to ripple directly? Thanks in advance.
