Timing the Dip to Timing the Gas

Hi All,

I hope this is allowed here, but I couldn't find any reputable resources online, so I thought I'd go to the source of it all!
I have been slowly accumulating as much ETH as I can and now I am starting to actually use the Ethereum network! I've been dabbling with a little Defi recently and have started to notice the gas fees more and more. I was wondering if anyone has any resources or tips on how to time the gas fees.
Is there a pattern to when Gas is the lowest? Or a good website/discord server that pings you when the gas is low?
