What’s the deal with 0 major exchanges (x Binance) listing $RVN

FTX lists literally everything, no Kraken, no Coinbase (they listed f'in XRP for christ's sake). Is it because of the inflation bug exploit from last year? Did that ever get 100% resolved? Pardon the noob questions, just haven't really been vibing in the Ravencoin community for very long.
