Wallet Investigation? Calling Professionals!

Previously have had raven taken from a wallet. Sadly, the only explanation was someone was able to obtain the phrase – but regardless of how, the nature of the beast all RVN is traceable.

Do we have any blockchain experts who would be able to investigate this wallet?

Upon checking today, this still seems very active. It seems to me to look like a "washery". All RVN value seen entering you see exiting.

First suggestions/thoughts were that this was an exchange wallet, however something seems odd and would like to know more about it if anyone was more versed in the traversing of transactions etc.
