How to transfer RVN to USD(or anything) in New York?

Hello all. I've been mining RVN for about a month and am looking to transferring it to anything else. I've tried Bittrex, Binance, and Exodus, but it seems that living in NY is hindering me greatly. How can I turn the RVN I mine into something usable?
