GTX 1660TI clocks?

Using the bat file in windows to changes clocks, I’m using a laptop and can’t seem to change my fan speeds, but I really need to to keep my temps cool. Any suggestions?

I’m using 400 mem clock and 60 PL. I’m having a hard time finding good clocks but I’m most concerned about my temps as I’m getting 12.5 MH which seems solid for the GPU.
