rx 570 is crash every time I change settings

Hello, I am trying to mine ravencoin but my rx 570 4gb is crashing when I change mhz with msi afterburner. I am getting 6.5mh/s with 138W from the wall but then I try to change something I get black screen. Have you had such problem with a card?
