Low hashrate on RTX 3070 Ti

My hashrate wont go higher than 25mh/s. Its really infuriating. Yesterday i started my computer after turning it off overnight and then ran the miner. And like a miracle it ran at 38mh/s. I was happy asf because its the first time ive seen my miner mine at such a high rate ever since i got it. So i let it run but then in the evening i came back and the hashrate dropped to 25mh/s. So i thought i’d reboot and start it again, but nope, didn’t work. Whatever i try, it doesn’t work. I am really pissed i just dont get it and It’s just unfair. Paid a fortune to get the card and the rewards suck. Does anyone know why this is happening? Does anyone have the same problems? How do i solve this and just get a stable hashrate as its supposed to. Please help and have a nice day.
