Strange behaviour – loads of invalid shares on new RTX 3060ti

New out of the box MSI rtx3060ti on Hive OS – I already have one running fine but this second one returns loads of invalid shares and the miner shuts down. is t a fault with the card or do I need to change some settings? I have removed it and everything is back to normal. Anyone had this before?
