New to eth and staking but have some eth to stake.

I just put in 0.02 eth and got 0.02 BETH back. Now can I change the BETH to eth and stake it again up to 1 ETH staked And keep repeating the process or will that then require me to have 1 BETH at the end of the staking to get my eth back?

I’m new to eth so I’m confused
