What to do with Moons?

Hello everyone I have some questions about moons. I will apologize in advance for my naivety on the subject. Please forgive me. Now here's my question

I opened my vault a while ago but never really thought much of it as I am not a very active poster in this sub. I only really lurk and read as I'm relatively new to the world of crypto currency. Despite not being too active here, I've noticed that I've managed to scrape together a couple moons. I know it's not nearly enough to really do anything with at the moment, but I'm curious what I can do with them in the future? Can I get them off Reddit and hold them separately? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
