Cannot Deposit RVN To Binance

Hello, I am new to this.

It's not my first ravencoin deposit into Binance and my ravens do not appear in my account. Support says just wait.

On the blockchain it appears that the transaction was a success

Can i trust binance? Does this happen? Is it reversible? Should i just wait? For how long can it take? Can it fail? Will i get my money back? Is there another way to fix this issue? Questions questions…
