Newbie Looking to be shown the ropes

So i recently bought a LHR card because I am a gamer, however somebody mentioned i might be able to recover some of the cost of the card through mining, especially if i didnt mine something high profile like ETH. And so I was suggested to come here. I've never really mined anything properly, i've dabbled in a bit of nicehash previously with my old 1070 card but nothing serious. The card i bought is a 3060Ti LHR.

Please bestow your knowledge onto me so that I may learn of which mining software to use and whether to use a pool, which pool, etc etc.
