Hi. Is it worth to build rig right now?

Hi. I need YOUR advice. Is it worth to build rig in a 2-3 months, for about 2 years, with upgrading? With RX 480, 470, 570, 580 's. And trying to upgrade to 3060ti's. Thanks <3
