New mining rig

Need some help here. I am setting up my new mining rig with a Biostar TB360 BTC D+ Riserless motherboard with RTX 3070ti using a intel i5-9600KF without integrated graphics. Tried plugging the monitor into both the gpu directly or to the motherboard, I still can’t get a display and get one low beep followed by 8 short beeps. I haven’t installed the CPU heatsink. Any idea why this is happening?
