I don’t know what I am doing

So I am invested in other securities and it seems it would be in my best interest to get registered on the Loopring platform. I have invested zero dollars into crypto (Not that I don't believe in it, I just don't have any extra money to invest right now or I would have bought into ETH a while ago) and ETH is the base payment method for setting up an account. I don't know how to create a wallet, what are the best methods, any just general advice anyone can give me to point me in the right direction would be awesome. I genuinely appreciate any feedback.
