Questions about the burning of ETH

So the burning is happening pretty fast. I am not sure if there is a max amount of ETH to be mined, but my question is: What happens to the DAPPS that are “built on the ethereum network”? Do they cease to exist? Is it only a certain kind of ETH burned? Are the DAPPS created to become more valuable because they are on ETH?
