Looking for tuning advice, 3070 FE

Like it says on the title, I need some advice. Particularly, what are some safety limits for: -Memory Temp -Power -Memory Overclock And also, where do I need to focus my overclock? The CPU, or the Memory? Is there a particular way to maximize efficiency, and if so, what's the way to go for just raw power? I'm currently mining on flypool, and getting 26-28MH as reported by the pool, even though my PC reports 29-31. Is that normal?

Any advice is appreciated, I really want to get the most out of my card!
