Rejected Shares %

In the past 24 hrs, actually a couple hours shy, I've had roughly 2000 excepted shares and 4 rejected.

My rejected share percentage is 0.2%

I'm assuming that's not to bad

What is the max rejected shares I should watch out for before I start messing with OC settings?
