I backed up my wallet and have the dat file, but I can’t find my seed or passphrase

So I have my wallet backed up and my dat file, but I can't find my seed or passphrase. I swear I wrote them down in a file on a USB stick and/or on lastpass, but they aren't there. Is there a way I could get them back just with the dat file? I am using ravencore and my wallet is encrypted so I have to type the passphrase in in order to send RVN.
