Need walkthrough

I have a rtx580 4gb running and at a constant 10.5+-mhs. All stock options just using amd interface to change settings. Can I get it up any higher and if so would anyone be willing to walk me through it and I would throw you some coin for your time? $10 in Bitcoin.

It’s a borrowed desktop from relative so I haven’t changed bios, ect. Just messed mem and core clock.
