Lost an NFT in a transfer?

Hey guys. I bought an NFT on my Torus wallet and it was minted on the Polygon Network on OpenSea.

I then transferred the NFT from OpenSea to my MetaMask wallet and it dissapeared.

Little did I know I had to set-up Polygon for MetaMask first. I then went and did that, but the NFT is still not showing up?

Did I just lose my NFT and some money because of my stupidity or am I missing something?
