Extremely high gas fee

I have some OMG token in a private wallet, now I would like to move them to an exchange but I realized is gonna cost me almost as much as the total value of the tokens. So basically I'm gonna loose them all! Is quite a lot of money.

Is there a way to pay less gas fee? I'm willing to pay some eth is ok, but what's the point of pay as much as the value I own and lose everyuthing?

Any help?
